Indira Bashic, AGNP, is an adult gerontology nurse practitioner at Richmond Primary Care Specialists, providing high-quality health care to adults in the Prince’s Bay neighborhood of Staten Island, New York City.
Indira studied at the College of Staten Island (CSI) CUNY in New York City, earning her undergraduate degree. After graduation, she stayed at CSI and obtained her master’s degree as an adult gerontology nurse practitioner.
At Richmond Primary Care Specialists, Indira works with adults of all ages, but she has a special interest in caring for patients 70 and older. Her extensive knowledge of geriatric care lets her treat a wide range of common age-related conditions, including arthritis, osteoporosis, and heart disease.
When she isn’t meeting with patients at Richmond Primary Care Specialists, Indira can be found at CSI, teaching as an adjunct clinical professor, or serving clientele in the employee health department at Richmond University Medical Center (also in Staten Island).
Outside of work, Indira loves spending time with her two sons. She’s also an avid traveler who enjoys exploring the U.S. and foreign countries. Indira welcomes anyone needing preventive or primary care to schedule an appointment at Richmond Primary Care Specialists.
